All classes you find in this Library have stress-reducing effects, but go about this goal in different ways.  A class from the Easy Movements category can be a great way to discharge stress and tension when you are feeling anxious, angry or frustrated. But if you’re experiencing feelings of overwhelm or fatigue, you may choose a quieter practice from the Relaxation category. Take your time to explore and try different classes. You’ll likely discover your own preferences and what supports you personally.
