How to Use the On-Demand Library

Classes in the Library are Displayed Like Slides

The example here represents an Office Break class called Wrist Wake-Up.  If you hover your mouse over the icon, you'll see details like length, date recorded, a short description as well as areas of the body that the class covers.  Click on the picture itself to go to the class page and play the video.  You'll also find that the various class styles and special series are labeled as well as color-coded on the video thumbnail images to help you sort them out.

Classes are Organized by Style

To help you find a great class, we've pre-sorted much of the Library into easy to understand groups; you'll see it just below in a section called Explore Classes by Style.  Click on any of the categories you see to find a range of classes; the example shown is Gentle Movement: Easy Beginnings.  As you click that category it expands; you'll find that the classes available are presented 4 at a time, with orange left/right arrow buttons allowing you to scroll through.  You'll also see green/gray circles at the bottom indicating which page of classes you're looking at.  Again hover over any class to reveal more details

Bookmark Your Favorites for Later

At the bottom left of each Class page, you'll find a button that says Bookmark.  Click to add to a growing list of your personal favorites.  You can access these bookmarked classes by clicking on the My Bookmarked Classes option below.

Or Explore the Entire Library at Once

If you'd prefer to browse the entire Library at once, click on the Browse All Classes (Icon View) option as shown below.  This display shows 12 classes at a time, with the same orange left/right navigation arrows to move between pages.  To help you sort through 404 classes in the Library, use the drop-down menus to filter the viewer: select from Class Style, Class Theme, Area of Focus or Sort by Date or Title to get to where you want to go.  Please note that Silver and Bronze members won’t have access to the entire Library.  There's also a Browse All Classes (List View) if you are on a phone, tablet or just want a simpler, faster way to view the Library.
