We disconnect from your body due to pain, stress, trauma or struggle with the inevitable changes of aging. But by creating this separation, we unknowingly move further away from the wholeness we long for. Befriending our bodies and embracing these abandoned parts is an essential step in our healing and allows us to come back home to ourselves.
