Let’s enjoy the abundant offerings of Yoga! After gently warming up the body with accessible yet invigorating movements, we will explore a series of Yoga postures aimed at enhancing strength and mobility. Special attention will be given to the hips, back, and shoulders, as these areas often manifest imbalances and tension.
In the second half of class we will gradually transition into floor-based stretching postures, followed by a period of relaxation and a five-minute meditation. For a truly holistic experience, we will explore each practice with mindful attentiveness, leaving you deeply grounded in your body and connected with yourself.
While this class is accessible, it also includes deeper options. Please be prepared to make choices that suit your own needs and abilities. If you are new to Yoga or currently recovering from an injury, I recommend trying the ‘Gentle Movement’ class instead.
