A Little Bit of Everything

Let’s enjoy all that Yoga has to offer! After warming up the body with easy but active movements we’ll explore a series of Yoga postures to help build strength and mobility. We’ll pay a little extra attention to the hips, back and shoulders since those are common areas to present with imbalances and tension.
Towards the end of class we’ll wind down with floor-based stretching postures, relaxation and a five minute meditation.
The perfect class to take care of body, mind & soul 🙂
This is an accessible class but some deeper options are included. Please be prepared to make your own choices. If you are new to Yoga or are recovering from a recent injury try ‘Gentle Movement’ instead.
