Active Movement Yoga

Join us for this creative Yoga class combining dynamic movements, active postures, stretching and relaxation. With regular practice you will build strength, improve your posture and breathing patterns, release tension from the body and create more freedom of movement. This is a mixed-level class. Variations and options will be offered throughout class so you can choose the right depth for your body in each pose. Some experience is recommended.
