Increased core strength can come a long way in supporting our posture, lower back and many day-to-day activities. This mixed-level class will explore movements and postures for the whole body with a little more attention to developing core strength and awareness. Differently than other core classes that are entirely focused on a work-out, we’ll explore this theme more broadly and include breath work, stretching and mindfulness to connect with the center of your bodies.
