Gentle Movement Yoga

An event every week that begins at 2:00 pm on Saturday, happening 3 times
Perhaps you have taken a break from Yoga during Covid or prefer a more accessible practice? This class moves at a slower pace and explores a wide range of movements and stretching postures to increase mobility and circulation; support posture and breathing patterns.
All are welcome. Props are used throughout class for more stability, support and effectiveness in postures.
