If you’re looking for a mindful yoga class and gentle self-care, come join us! We’ll explore slow movement practices and stretching postures focused on areas prone to tension and discomfort, such as the hips, back, shoulders, and neck. These intentional and therapeutic movements, combined with slow, deep breaths, have a wonderfully healing effect on your body and nervous system. They support joint and muscle health, reduce stress and anxiety, balance energy levels, and leave you feeling present and comfortable in your body.
Props are used throughout the class to enhance stability, support, and effectiveness in postures.
