Many of us experience a lot of change in our external and internal environment at this time, which can leave us feeling uncertain about how to navigate life’s ever-shifting landscape.
In this class, our primary focus is on cultivating attentiveness and mindfulness through gentle movements and conscious breathing. By developing a profound awareness of the present moment, rather than being entangled in past memories or imagined scenarios, we effortlessly reconnect with a state of well-being. This enables us to face life’s challenges with enhanced (a growing) resilience, acceptance, and contentment.
All are welcome. Weekly participation is strongly recommended to receive the full benefits of this class.
This class features a 15-minute mindfulness meditation. All are welcome to join and experience this non-dogmatic approach to meditation.
