Mindful Movement & Restorative Yoga

Stress can express itself in many different ways, and depending the state of our nervous system we can feel tense, exhausted, scattered or even lethargic. This special workshop is an opportunity for a full nervous system reset and learn techniques to combat stress in your life! We’ll start with 30min of gentle and slow movements combined with breath work that are designed to engage the relaxation response of the body. Feeling a little more settled in your body you’ll effortlessly transition into quiet, long-held restorative postures supported by blankets and cushions. Take time to rest, heal and come back home to yourself.
