Gentle, mindful movements will invite you to connect with your body and breath
Feel more grounded in yourself and help settle your nervous system. You’ll transition effortlessly into quiet, long-held restorative postures supported by blankets and cushions to deepen the relaxation response of the body. Take time to rest, heal and come back home to yourself. All are welcome!
