An event every week that begins at 5:45 pm on Tuesday, happening 2 times
Join us for this creative class combining movement and relaxation. We’ll start class with active movements and postures that will help you build strength, stability and mobility in the body. As a mixed-level class you are encouraged to make your own choices. Variations will be offered so you can create the level that’s right for YOU! As an evening class we’ll set set aside some time for Yin and Restorative poses to wind down after a long day. Leave class feeling relaxed and more grounded in your body.
