Mindful Yoga: Reinventing Acceptance
We all come across plenty situations in life that are difficult to accept. In our personal life and relationships, our health and finances or the world at large. I believe one difficulty around accepting is that it can feel like ‘putting up’ with something. And why would we want to do that?
This workshop will shine a light on what acceptance actually means and the possibility for change and healing that it can bring about. You’ll have an opportunity to turn inward and reflect on your own relationship with acceptance but perhaps also the resistance and difficulty that may surround it. Bringing awareness into these different layers, feelings and beliefs can be a truly valuable experience of self-discovery and transformation.
Class will start with some easy movements, followed by a long sequence of floor-based stretching postures, relaxation & meditation. No Yoga experience required.
