Our bodies have an incredible ability to signal when we are in need for rest and self-care. Overwhelm, restlessness, tension and fatigue are often indicators of an overworked nervous system. This class invites you to slow down, offering your body and mind the chance to rest, restore, and return to a state of natural ease.
Poses are thoughtfully arranged with blankets and other props to gently stretch and open the body while providing comfort, support, and safety. As you surrender into these deeply soothing poses, any symptoms of stress effortlessly melt away.
We complete practice with a brief, body-focused meditation.
All are welcome. This gentle and nurturing class can be particularly beneficial when navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, sleep problems, chronic pain conditions, high blood pressure, and autoimmune diseases.
