Restorative Yoga & Meditation Workshop

Sometimes life’s challenges leave us feeling tired, stressed and overwhelmed. And while we cannot completely control how much turmoil we face, we can all benefit from learning more about counter- balancing these challenges with practices that restore natural comfort and ease in our daily lives.
Restorative Yoga is a very meditative form of Yoga that is focused on healing and rejuvenating the body and invites us to turn our attention from the outer world inward to ourselves. Poses are set up with blankets to gently stretch and open the body while providing comfort and support. Being in each pose for several minutes at a time will allow your body and mind to truly rest and restore.
We’ll finish practice with a 15min guided meditation.
