Time to slow down and relax! Optimum health, well-being and balance is about both activity AND rest. Our Yin and Restorative classes are a wonderful way to help restore an overactive nervous system and nurture your natural need for quiet reflection and relaxation.
Class includes floor-based Yoga poses, stretching, calming breath work and relaxation. All are welcome.
