Poses are thoughtfully arranged with blankets and other props to gently stretch and open the body while providing comfort, support, and safety. As you surrender into these deeply soothing poses, any symptoms of stress effortlessly melt away.<\/p>\n
We complete practice with a brief, body-focused meditation.<\/p>\n
