I’ve carefully designed and hand-selected each practice to deepen your knowledge and experience of Yoga, and to invite you to find a strong commitment to your health and vitality. As a guest here, you won’t be able to play any of the classes; but you’ll get a good close look at what’s available if you decide to become a Member.
