Life is a continuous journey of growth, change, and becoming. As we navigate the constant shifts in our external and internal worlds, feeling at home in our bodies and staying connected to ourselves is essential.

This transformative 8-week Yoga Therapy Series is designed to deepen your self-connection by helping you become more present in your body. Each themed session integrates accessible movements, poses, relaxation, and mindfulness to release old patterns and cultivate more capacity to navigate inner fluctuations with greater acceptance and compassion. Even though we have agency and make choices daily, it can sometimes feel like change is happening to us, and we struggle to initiate new directions that truly reflect our innermost values. This increased self-awareness and deeper understanding of yourself naturally paves the way for new and authentic choices in areas like self-care, health, relationships, career, and personal aspirations.

Our confidential sharing circles also offer a safe space to express, listen, and be heard. Community is a vital part of this journey, allowing us to learn from the diverse life experiences and wisdom shared by one another.
