It’s common to experience stiffness and aches due to repetitive stress, too much or too little activity. Learning intentional movement and stretching practices to care for our joints and muscles can greatly contribute to our physical well-being.
This accessible class focuses on selective strengthening and stretching postures that provide support to areas of the body prone to tension and discomfort, such as the hips, back, shoulders, and neck. Combined with deep breathing and mindful awareness, this class aims to leave you feeling comfortable, relaxed, and at ease in your body.
All are welcome to join. Props are used throughout the class to enhance stability, support, and effectiveness in postures.
