Experiencing stiffness and aches as a result of repetitive stress, too much or too little activity is common and learning intentional movement and stretching practices to take care of our joints and muscles is invaluable for our physical well-being.
This accessible class focuses on selective strengthening and stretching postures to support areas in the body that are particularly prone to tension and discomfort like the hips, back, shoulders and neck. Combined with deep breathing and a mindful awareness this class will leave you feeling comfortable in your body, relaxed and at ease.
All are welcome. Props are used throughout class for more stability, support and effectiveness in postures.
