$36.00This workshop is dedicated to rest, healing, and rejuvenation, serving as a complete reset for your nervous system. The ups and downs in our personal lives, along with changes in the world, often leave us feeling stressed, overwhelmed, tense, and exhausted. When our nervous system is imbalanced, it can further impact our response to life events, reducing resilience and causing us to perceive difficult situations as more stressful than they actually are. Restorative Yoga provides an incredible opportunity to break this cycle and restore a sense of balance and ease.
During the workshop, poses are thoughtfully arranged using blankets and other props to gently stretch and open the body, while simultaneously providing comfort, support, and safety. Spending several minutes in each pose, while engaging in mindful breathing practices, allows your body and mind to truly rest. As you surrender into these deeply soothing poses, any symptoms of stress will effortlessly melt away.
By the end of this experience, you will feel more grounded, refreshed, and profoundly relaxed!
