Yoga & Mindfulness

Practicing mindful awareness when focusing on the experience of movement and breath will help you improve concentration and mental clarity. Further, mindfulness can enhance emotional flexibility and increase our ability to relate to oneself and others with more kindness and ease. Class begins with accessible active movements to warm up the body and gradually slow down over the course of class, finishing with a guided meditation.
No experience needed. All are welcome.
